This 30-minute program provides today’s busy managers with the Stay Interview basics including the why, what, and how. Participants will learn several approaches to Stay Interviews - through CONNECTION (a connection between two people built on trust, and trust can be developed), COURAGE (great leadership takes courage – and that requires noticing and responding effectively to challenging issues), and COMMITMENT (Stay interviews are not a ‘one and done’ activity).  

They will learn the critical skills of curiosity (by asking inciteful questions), listening deeply, and taking action. They will prepare for their conversations using a planner template.  

A resource library will be theirs for future use in holding impactful Stay Interviews with all team members. Finally, they’ll understand that success comes through ongoing, authentic conversations and consistent follow-through.
